One of the primary missions of the Inserm Ethics Committee is to promote ethical questioning and debate. For this reason, in order to initiate a collective reflective approach on themes whose complexity and stakes are significant, we have decided to initially disseminate this text in the form of a Draft Opinion and to open a discussion period around this text for three weeks.
